Remembrance Day

This year Remembrance Day was on Sunday... kinda strange, but really really neat. Interestingly it also coincided with the International Day of Prayer for the Persecuted Church. It was a day of remembering... publicly remembering those who have donned the uniform and who gave and continue to give their lives for peace, justice, and freedom in areas torn by conflict and war... and, for me to also remember those who may not be in uniform but who none the less strive for truth, justice and freedom. May we never forget their sacrifice.
