Canadian Winter comes to Sunny England

Hey everyone...
so right now I'm sitting in the Charlbury rail station waiting for our train 1 hr behind schedule because of the lovely snow that fell here (about 15 cms)... In Canada, that wouldn't stop anyone except to be an annoyance... but in Britain it is a serious blow and has been closing schools and businesses all day. Trains are late, ppl are stayng home, and things are grinding to a halt. So that's nice in a way b/c we are getting stuff done but the uncertainty of whether we are going or staying in Charlbury is slightlytough. Tomorrow we are going to London to see the National Gallery and to view the places in the downtown... I'm super excited to see such a great city! I will keep my eye out for the Queen Uncle Luke... perhaps she'll invite me to tea:) (lol)
Next week will really be all about planning for our reading break trip and writing all my papers... what funOh well, it will be great!I's kinda weird how fast time flies though... almost to the end of week three and already I cannot beleive I'min England and spending time here... But I'm trying to relish every moment!Anyway, hope all of you are well and thanks for checking in with me!Glad to hear the El Salvador Trivia night went so well!
Anyway, gtg
Cheers!

Oh! For all Redeemer friends... Al Wolters is famous!(I know you all knew that but I shall just say it again) His book Creation Regained is in the Bodleian Library. I pulled it up from the stacks... needless to say that was quite exciting :)
